Do you want to recognize someone for their contributions to the Django community? [Nominate a Djangonaut for the 2025 Malcolm Tredinnick Memorial Prize](https://www.djangoproject.com/weblog/2025/sep/13/nominate-a-djangonaut-for-the-2025-malcolm-prize/).

For full details about the prize and a list of past winners, see [Django Software Foundation Prizes](https://www.djangoproject.com/foundation/prizes/). Any questions? Please post in this thread or [contact the Foundation](https://www.djangoproject.com/contact/foundation/).

This year we’re trying something a bit different by also encouraging people to share their appreciation with the community as a whole, or a specific individual (lots of people’s work deserve appreciation even if they might not be potential recipients for the prize). Hope people like it! Feel free to share appreciation here too 🙂 or on socials, wherever

If someone asked me, I think I will nominate Ben or Nanorepublica from Django discord for this award.
