It is frustrating that SendGrid can’t properly respond to the [django-anymail](https://github.com/anymail/django-anymail) team, who do wonderful work that I have relied on for years. I’ve reached out to some higher-ups at Twilio to see if they can resolve this, but it’s been over a year so I won’t hold my breath. [Here is the ticket](https://github.com/anymail/django-anymail/issues/432) for any interested.

I appreciate the efforts of this team and all the other volunteers who make the Django community and ecosystem so positive.

To give Twilio some credit, someone from their team did promptly reach out and is connecting with @medmunds on this, so hopefully it can be fixed. Thanks @vossisboss for that connection.
