# **Week ending 2026-08-09 (Week 32)**

Django 6.1 is out! Then, there was some terrific cross-pollination between the Google Summer of Code work on multi-column subqueries and an improvement for search performance on [djangoproject.com](http://djangoproject.com) where I was able to try it out.
