Hello Mentors,

I’m Sreyash Satpathy, a first-year engineering student from BITS Pilani, India. I’ve been working with Django/DRF and Docker as part of my commitment to my university’s technical team (SUTT), and I’m looking forward to contributing to Django for GSoC 2026.

I’ve already got the local dev environment working and am now looking for good issues to work on. I’m particularly fascinated by the ORM of Django and would like to make my contributions catered towards it.

Excited to deepen my knowledge of the django, python, open-source!
