Can’t run python manage.py createsuperuser without getting this error message

Please post the complete error message with the full traceback as shown in the server console. Copy/paste the text of the error and traceback into the body of your post - do not post images of the text.
Also post the file that is generating the error. (If you don’t know that yet, the traceback will help identify it.)
Finally, please post the complete output from a “pip list” for your virtual environment, and identify what version of Python you are running.
We will likely need additional information, but this is enough to get started for now.
