TypeError: fromisoformat: argument must be str

TypeError still an issue

However I am still facing the TypeError: fromisoformat: argument must be str in the Running migrations when calling py manage.py migrate (see above).
When I google for it I always only find issues, which where solved with the callable default.

I think you may need to edit your historical migrations then. It’s probably being caused by one of the defaults you placed in an old migration. It should be safe to edit the default field being set in old migrations, since you now have a correct default being set in a new migration.
