Hello friends I’m an entry-level with Django and I am shifting my career from IT specialist to a backend developer so my question is

Why Django website built with Ruby on Rails?
what I should learn at the entry-level?

It’s not.

This Django support **forum** is using a commercial product that was built using Ruby on Rails. This is not the [Django project website](https://djangoproject.com).

My recommendation is always to become knowledgeable with Python first. Since Django is a library built on Python, being comfortable with Python is necessary to really understand Django.

Start with some Python tutorials first, making sure that you learn about Python classes and inheritance. Then work your way through either (or both) the [Official Django Tutorial](https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/4.2/intro/tutorial01/) and the [Django Girls Tutorial](https://tutorial.djangogirls.org/en/). They’ll give you the foundation you need to start building your own projects.
