How do I generate PDF from html Template with CSS and images ?

I need to create a Membership card for my Django project. I have created an HTML Template (with CSS and images) for the membership Card, How do I generate the PDF from the HTML template?

Depending upon exactly what content you want and how you want that PDF formatted, don’t rule out the idea of creating it directly and not from an HTML template.
