Moving migrations file to git --> Its Good or Not?

I thought moving migration file to git is not good idea.

I need good clarifications please some on help me to do that

I believe you had a misunderstanding before. Django migrations always needed to be committed. It’s the only way to make sure deployments and other developers have the same database setup.

I need good clarifications please some on help me to do that

Can you give us more detail on what you need help with?

Our mindset is that migration files are as much part of the project as view, models, etc - even though most of them are created by the system and not created by us.

Yes, we absolutely commit ours to git.

(Unless you’re talking about something other than the files in the app_dir/migrations directory?)
