Where to ask Django team to update the locales?

I finished translation Django into Azerbaijani. When will it be uploaded to GitHub? Whom can I ask?

Congrats and thanks for the effort!

They will be taken into account during the future release of Django 5.1. Note that some new translatable strings may appear before the string freeze (around July 24), so be attentive to complete your translations again around that date.
