Week ending 2026-10-25 (Week 43)
A week of getting things across the finish line! 
With my three-month break starting next week, I’ve been focusing on wrapping up loose ends and leaving things in good shape 
. After several rounds of review, the first stage of console tabs accessibility improvements finally landed 
, along with a few other long-running PRs. I also kept working 
through feedback on the file upload permissions changes, and fixed a couple of bugs 
. Security kept me busy too, with a new vulnerability to investigate and patch, plus assistance to bring the upcoming security fixes together. Plenty of things falling into place!

- Triaged, debugged, and developed a patch for a confirmed security issue (Low).
- Reaction to security incident regarding compromised CA certificates.
- Started the “aggregator” PR to group all security patches and build a cohesive unit.
