Django on the Med 🏖️

@pauloxnet and I have been organising some Django Development Sprints. Three days to get together and work on Django — Under the name Django on the Med :beach_with_umbrella: (the emoji is required )

This sprung out of Paolo’s suggestion here:

Of course, I totally forgot to mention it here :person_facepalming:

It’s going to be twice a year, in Pescara, Italy, and Palafrugell, Spain. Spring and Autumn.

The first one will be 7th-9th October 2025, in Palafrugell Spain.

There’s a website:

There’s a mailing list there — sign up if you want info. We’re going to start pinning down attendance for first edition soon.

Hope to see you there!

Łukasz Langa has a new post on the Python blog: “Sprints are the best part of a conference”.

See you there! :woman_dancing: #Django #DjangoOnTheMed
