duplicating admin foreign link in a form

I am trying to reproduce the admin functionality in a form for a foreign key. as below.

I am very new to django but proficient in other languages. I cant find a good example of how to get the foreign values displayed and editable in a form view.
my very simple form view. I need to select the information from the foreign key
