GSoC 2025 Proposal – Command Palette for Django Admin

Hi everyone! :waving_hand:

I’m Aarish Sharma, a final-year B.Tech student from Chandigarh University. I’m applying to GSoC 2025 with Django and have proposed building a command palette for Django Admin, similar to what we see in VS Code or Figma.

The idea is to boost admin efficiency with a keyboard-driven command execution interface—search, jump to models/views, and perform admin actions, all via a single palette.
