GSoC 2026 Proposal: Switch to Playwright tests - Akash Raval

Hi everyone, I am Akash Raval, a 4th-semester BCA student from India. I have officially submitted my proposal for the 'Switch to Playwright tests' project on the GSoC portal.

I am a 6 kyu Python developer on Codewars and I'm very excited to contribute to the Django ecosystem. I have some experience with Python and Flask, and I'm looking forward to learning and modernizing Django's integration tests using Playwright.

Any initial feedback or guidance on how I can start exploring the codebase or any starter tasks would be greatly appreciated!
