Hello everyone,
My name is Jordhy Louzolo, and I am a computer science student and software developer from the Republic of the Congo.
I have been working with Django and Python to build web applications, particularly for education and business management. Over time, I have developed a strong interest in open-source software and collaborative development.
I am currently transforming one of my largest Django projects into a free and open-source platform that aims to help training centers, independent teachers, and educational organizations manage their activities more efficiently while encouraging contributions from developers around the world.
I joined this forum because I would like to become an active member of the Django community. My goal is to learn from experienced contributors, improve my skills, and contribute back to Django by fixing bugs, improving documentation, reviewing code, and eventually contributing to the framework itself.
I would love to hear your advice on the best way to get started. If there are beginner-friendly issues, documentation tasks, or community initiatives that you recommend, I would really appreciate your guidance.
Thank you for welcoming me. I look forward to learning from all of you and contributing to the Django ecosystem.
Best regards,
Jordhy Louzolo
