impossible to reply to a message

I don’t understand why my answer remains on “pending”.
Does anyone have an idea?

I looks like the comment was added as part of a review which needs to be submitted, which appears to confuse other PR authors as well: Make it clear that "PENDING" comments have to be submitted · community · Discussion #10369 · GitHub

Can you try deleting the comment and reply to the reviewer’s comment instead? (ie don’t click the blue + icon on the left but type in the reply box)
