I’m **Prachi Singh**, a student interested in contributing to Django through **Google Summer of Code 2026**. I’m excited to be part of this community!
## My Contributions So Far
### 1. django-admin-keyshortcuts (GSoC Sub-org Project)
I’ve been working on django-admin-keyshortcuts and submitted fixes for all 3 open issues:
- **PR #14** — Added Enter key shortcut to open the focused row in the changelist (Issue #5)
- **PR #15** — Fixed modifier-based shortcuts (Ctrl+S, Cmd+S) not working when form fields are focused (Issue #2)
- **PR #16** — Added keyboard layout normalization for non-US layouts like German/French (Issue #3)
### 2. Django Core Contribution
- **PR #20740** — Replaced deprecated event.keyCode/event.which with modern event.key API in admin JavaScript (SelectFilter2.js and DateTimeShortcuts.js)
