  • Idea’s Project in Github
    • Stages of a project and how an idea would progress between stages with approximate timings
      • Untriaged/Owner required/Ready to start/In progress/Needs Review or Board Approval/Completed/
        • Example: similar to New Features having multiple end point.
          • Also having a template (but this does not require a project).
    • Input’s we require for an idea
      • platform’s affected (Forum, Discord, Github, Reddit?)

  • Natalia proposed meeting more often and having a more European friendly timed second meeting slot
