I am Mridul. I speak English and Hindi and would love to join the Hindi translation team. I have sent a request on transifex with the username mriduldhall and request an approval.

You should be in, now. It would be great to see more completion in Hindi translations for Django. Hopefully you can dedicate some time for that!
