server doesn't work properly after upgrade Django 2.

Hello
I upgraded my Django version from 2 to 3.2.13.

and I get this error when I runserver.

so when I open any page in the browser this message appears?.

I tried to makemigrations, migrate but still the same problem!
python manage.py makemigrations
python manage.py migrate

Any Solution?

My immediate reaction is that those two situations are not directly related to each other, but both are related to changes made between Django 2 and 3.

At a minimum, you’ll want to review the release notes from whatever version of Django you’re on through the version that you are migrating to.

Regarding the first box, have you read the warnings and figured out how you need to resolve them? (At a minimum, read Django 3.2 release notes | Django documentation | Django)

As far as the second one is concerned, it’s tough to diagnose without more context. My impression is that there’s more to that traceback than what you’re showing here. I’m guessing you’ve got some type of data or data-format issue that is being revealed by the upgrade - can’t tell yet though.

Hello,
I solved the problem and I upgraded the Django to Django 4.0.4.
1st the main problem was in the importing of URL
#from django.conf.urls import url
and replace all by path

and after in validators.py I changed the importation way as:

and the last thing is I had changed all my data dates to yyyy-mm-dd in my database tables (example: 1900-01-01) it doesn’t accept any other formats or any error in it.
