any language/technology is fine. expecting structured contributing process like triage, assigning ticket etc..
Are you asking if there are other open-source projects to which people can contribute?
If so, there are thousands (tens of thousands?) of them of all sizes and languages, with various degress of structure associated with them.
Just about every viable open source project is always looking for energetic and interested individuals to contribute.
