The Django Community | Django page identifies the recommended places for requesting help - this forum being one of them. (There’s a mailing list and IRC channel as well.)
If you’re looking for more consistent / paid support, there are individuals and companies that provide that as well. To find some, you could post here, or twitter (#Django); or look at the sponsors of the Django Software Foundation and DjangoCon / PyCon.
