Why Django doesn't have an issues tab in it's github reposistory?

I was just going around the django’s github repository and found that it didn’t have any issues tab. Why so?

Django’s bugs are managed on Trac: https://code.djangoproject.com/

It predates GitHub by many years, and all the history is in there, so we don’t want to move to issues.
