I think your best bet for that would be to search for blogs or other references to that project to see how people might be using it. There might be some others here in the forum that can offer an informed opinion as well.
It is listed on the Awesome Django page, so that’s probably a good indication of it being a quality project. But whether it’s something you should use is a question you’re going to need to answer for yourself.
