Title: GSoC 2025 – How to Get Started with Django Contributions?

Hello Django Community,

I’m Jigyansha, a BTech 2nd-year Computer Science student, and I’m interested in contributing to Django as part of Google Summer of Code (GSoC) 2025.

I have experience in Java, C, and C++, and I am currently learning Python, DBMS, and SQL to improve my backend development skills.

I would love some guidance on:

How to find beginner-friendly issues to contribute to?
What are important areas in Django that need contributions?
Any resources to help me understand Django’s codebase better?
