Hey @carltongibson.
I am Chinwendu Nwazojie. I am a student in Nigeria. I am also interested in open source particularly documentations.
I have a keen interest in Django’s season of docs project. I have gone through the contribution guide to see what it looks like. And I have some proposal regarding that.
I would like to share them with you if you don’t mind.
Hi. Yes. Please do.
Check out the SoD Guide for TWs. Putting detail into your proposal will be key.
Hey @carltongibson the current documentation is hosted on Read the Docs and it is written with Sphinx which is great.
I was thinking do you have any reason to want to change that or do you have any writing style in mind which the new Contribution guide will be written with?
We’ll need to stick with the current tooling. (Sphinx is the best option out there TBH.)
Style should be “approachable” I’d guess.
