the only think I know that it is very convenient(at least for me 
) to host Django on pythonanywhere.com
I have never heard of anyone having issues with PythonAnywhere. It’s an easy way to get your Django app online.
There’s also fly.io and Render.com if you’re looking for alternatives.

I have been hosting my website on the free tier for almost 3 years now, I have no sensitive data, but i am very happy with it.
but when it comes time to deploy our project’s online we should switch to a more robust WSGI server like Gunicorn.
Wait pythonanywhere.com doesn’t use gunicorn?
