Meetup for first-time Django contributors

Hi Django folks,

Pyladies Zurich is thinking about organizing a meetup where we learn how to contribute code and documentation to Django. The idea is to organize one or several onboarding sessions (2-3h) where a Django maintainer gets us ready for contributing on our own. Possibly, this could lead to a meetup series where a group of people contributes to Django regularly. Is there a Django maintainer here who could come to Zurich for an onsite onboarding session? Or do you have advice how to best find one?

Short update: I just applied for the upcoming Djangonaut Space session with the idea to be able to onboard new contributors myself :slight_smile:
