I am passionate about learning new thing but now a days i am learning Django framework but i am watching video from Youtube but there my favorite mentor are teaching Django in 3.1 version can you tell me anyone how much difference between these version now Django 5.1 version released please tell me how i can overcome this issue

There’s too much to summarize here. I suggest you read through all the release notes from 3.2 forward to get an appreciation for the differences. At first, you can generally focus on the main release level notes (e.g. 3.2) and ignore the "point releases. (e.g. Django 3.2.1 release notes | Django documentation | Django) as those tend to being more bugfixes than new-feature releases.
I also suggest that you only use resources identified in the Educational section of the Awesome Django page. There’s a lot of questionable quality information out there and it can make things worse or harder on yourself by having to unlearn things that you thought were correct.
Thanks for your guidance I am student of BSCS doing specializations in AI I have good knowledge about this domain but in here my country I couldn’t find well place for gaining hands-on experience how can I implement this
