Am New Here secondly, I want to Create a Quiz & e commerce App…How do I begin ?

I would suggest starting on the Getting started page. That will show you how to install Django, then you can work through the tutorial. Once you work through those things, you will hopefully have an understanding of how Django works and be able to begin your own project.

@A9Guy, I would really recommend the «Django for Beginners» book by @wsvincent, it is a really good starting point
