Welcome @sujalFlash !
Please start by reading Looking to get involved? Start here! and if you have any questions after that, feel free to return and ask them here.
Hi @sujalFlash , in addition to the mentorship forum and resources here, I highly recommend looking into the Djangonaut program: https://djangonaut.space/
Keep an eye on the mentorship section here, along with their website, for updates on when applications reopen. In the meantime, once you have a good understanding of the general contribution process, this technique might be helpful to try: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lojXKiXZoTo&list=LL&index=12
Best of luck!
I’m Dhruti, a first-year BSc IT student eager to start contributing to open source. I know Python and would love guidance on understanding your codebase and any beginner-friendly issues I could work on.
Welcome @DhrutiBabariya !
See the responses above. Read the docs referenced by those posts.
I do not believe there is any kind of curated list of “beginner-friendly issues”, so I would suggest reading the complete discussion thread in tickets you may be considering.
